We do not collect or store personal data, and we do not track visits.

In short

  • No accounts and no registration.
  • We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • We do not keep logs of your visits and we do not store your IP address.
  • We take no payments, so we have no payment data.
  • Your visa wizard answers and your assistant chat stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

What stays on your device

The site saves some settings in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device:

  • your language and colour theme;
  • the country you chose in the visa check, and the country detected from your connection (for 1 day);
  • your visa wizard answers, so you can continue later;
  • your assistant conversation (deleted after 30 days).

To delete it, use "Start over" in the wizard, "New chat" in the assistant, or clear the site data in your browser.

Visa wizard and the PDF

The wizard runs in your browser. The filled form and the checklist are made in your browser when you print or save the PDF. We do not receive them. Keep the printed form safe: it contains your personal data.

Language and country detection

To choose your language and suggest your country, the site reads your browser language and asks our hosting provider Cloudflare for the country (and city) of your connection. The answer goes only to your browser. We do not store it.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. We have not enabled any analytics or visitor logs.

Assistant

The assistant now answers from the guides on this site, inside your browser. If we connect an online assistant later, we will update this policy before we do it. Do not enter passport numbers or other personal data in the chat.

Links to other websites

We link to gov.me and other official pages, and to our sister sites ePorezi.me, eMapa.me and eParcela.me. Their own privacy policies apply there.
